.Quit Support Training Day

- Aimed at : All mental healthcare staff who have completed

- Structure: One Full Day
------------------Up to 30 staff trained in total.

- Description:
- Provides the knowledge and skills required to deliver evidence based quit
..smoking support treatments to mental health service users. This training is
..now based on the 'Four Dimensional' Treatment Approach as outlined in
.'Quitting in Mind' (see here for more info). Issues covered include: using
..nicotine replacement therapy and other pharmacological treatments,
..medication metabolism, psychological support, relapse prevention and
..ending treatment.
